How long will my game link work?
We keep each personalized game (and our record of it) for up to 12 months from creation, then delete it as described in our Privacy Policy — unless the law or a dispute requires us to keep something longer. Save or share the link in a place you control before then. We do not change existing URLs for games that are still within that period. For early deletion or special cases, email us.
What should I do before sending the game to a child?
Open the link yourself first to check the message and difficulty. Share it by text, email, or any channel your family uses — no app install is required.
Do you read the birthday message?
Your text is processed automatically to build the game and is kept only as long as we keep that game (see 12-month retention in our Privacy Policy). We don’t use it for advertising. We only read it if you contact us with a change request or to report a technical issue — see Privacy Policy · Do we read the text you enter?
Payments
Personalization is currently free. When we introduce card payments, we’ll update these pages and explain pricing clearly before you pay.
Can a teenager create a game for a friend?
Yes, while the Service is free, if you meet the minimum age in our Terms (typically 13+ on your own, or under 13 only with a parent/guardian involved). Only include information about your friend that you’re allowed to use. When we add payment, the person paying will usually need to be 18+.
